Personal Information you give us  depends on the type of service, support, or sale inquiry, and may include your name, address, telephone number, fax number and email  address, dates of service provided, types of service provided, payment  history, manner of payment, amount of payments, date of payments, domain  name or other payment information. All sensitive information is  collected on a secure server and data is transferred . When transferring personal information a security icon will appear in your browser.

This information is  used for billing and to provide service and support to our customers. We  may also study this information to determine our customers needs and  provide support for our customers. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized access to this information. This safeguard may  require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information about your account details. 

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our site and  servers, track access, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The  following are tips on protecting and using your crypto currencies and investments:

-Protect  your Private Keys and Mnemonics, never tell them to anyone - no matter who asks ( Common Use Ventures Ltd. will NEVER ask for this information).  Do not enter a Private Key or Mnemonic on any site or system without reviewing and approving the address.

-Store your keys, mnemonics, and wallet  addresses in a safe manner paying attention to online threats as well as  physical threats (such as floods, or fire).

-Try using separate wallets for your day to day transactions, and your investment crypto. Keep smaller amounts of crypto in your day to day  wallet. Access your long term investment crypto in an offline system  (cold storage) such as a Ledger Drive.  

-Never save access passwords in browsers or any other system or device for convenience.  It is always best to enter a password or pin when  accessing your wallets.

-When  interacting with the blockchain, ensure the system you are using is up to date for virus and malware protection. Don't use a system if you  suspect it may be compromised or it displays any symptoms of being  monitored.

- Ensure that you review the FAQs and terms of wallet provider(s) and blockchain services. If you have any questions, ask the wallet provider or blockchain service.
