PLEASE READ THIS FINTRAC POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING TPLFDOGE (TANG PING LYING FLAT DOGE) AND THIS SITE.

TPLFDOGE (Tang Ping Lying Flat Doge) was deployed on the Binance Smart Chain by Common Use Ventures Ltd., an Incorporated Canadian company. 

The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) is Canada's financial intelligence unit. Its mandate is to facilitate the detection, prevention and deterrence of money laundering and the financing of terrorist activities, while ensuring the protection of personal information under its control.  ( Fintrac-canafe.gc.ca )

Common Use Ventures Ltd., is designated as a reporting entity under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), and has certain obligations to fulfill under the PCMLTFA and associated Regulations. Each reporting entity has specific obligations to fulfill and all are required to develop and maintain a compliance program, know their client, report transactions and keep records. 

FINTRAC compliance in the cryptocurrency market is an evolving field. TPLFDOGE has been developed and deployed with a robust FINTRAC control and reporting component.  We believe that this component allows us to fulfill our FINTRAC requirements and provides the ability to control and enforce FINTRAC orders.  You are reminded to review the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer of Risks, and the policies and procedures of your Jurisdiction.  

Also, the process and tools available in the TPLFDOGE FINTRAC component are clearly included in the TPLFDOGE source code that has been uploaded to the Binance Smart Chain. If a wallet address is flagged for review under a FINTRAC obligation or order, Common Use Ventures Ltd. is committed to providing a fair, expedient, and compliant process for both our clients and FINTRAC.
